Product Overview

The HFD mini freeze dryer simplifies the complex operation of small freeze dryers, prevents material contamination, and controls the moisture sublimation of materials. This series of machines features heating and programmable temperature control functions, and is widely used in fields such as food, bio-products, chemical engineering, traditional Chinese medicine materials, and health products.

Product Features

Freeze Drying Process

What are the advantages of vacuum freeze-drying?

Due to the drying process being carried out under low-temperature vacuum conditions, there are numerous advantages compared to other drying methods:

(1) Preserves nutrients: Freeze-drying, done at low temperatures, retains nutrients better than traditional methods like air or sun drying. Heat-sensitive components, such as vitamin C, can be preserved over 90%.

(2) Maintains appearance: Moisture evaporates directly in a frozen state, preventing soluble substances from reaching the food surface. This preserves color, prevents toughening, and avoids deformation. Natural pigments remain intact, reducing color changes. Minimal oxygen in a vacuum prevents oxidation and spoilage.

(3) Safe and hygienic: Vacuum and low temperatures inhibit microorganisms and enzyme activity, ensuring safe and controlled drying. No additives or preservatives are needed, maintaining food healthiness.

(4) Extended shelf life: Removing 95%+ moisture without preservatives enables prolonged storage.
